Game development company based in Philippines

As a aspiring game developer from Philippines there isn't much option work wise because there is not that many Game development company given that it is a third world country and technology isn't introduced as fast, i would like to build my own for the kids and friends who has the same dream as i am, this first game is a game that me and my friends enjoys playing since dota 1 and until now it is just a custom map and i would like to give it a new life on different platforms
