Maya needs urgent back surgery

Maya is my dog, my friend, my walking partner and my faithful photo assistant. She is only 5 years old and recently we discovered that she has a severe cervical hernia which needs to be operated urgently otherwise she might end up paralyzed. For over one month we have been taken her to the vet every day to get treatment which caused liver damage and anemia. She is very much in pain and so am I. I appreciate any help you can offer me to pay for her surgery. Thank you.
