May OCRA Mutual Aid Fair Central Oklahoma!!!

Help the Oklahoma Coalition for Revolutionary Action feed the community at the M.A. Fair!

OCRA needs help raising money to distribute groceries at our Mutual Aid Fair via the help of our friends at For The People Oklahoma. Our previous events we gave away thousands of pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables, dry goods, dairy and dairy alternatives, as well as hot meals and drinks, to hundreds of families and community members. We've been holding these events for several months, and hope to continue to giving away groceries at Nappy Roots Books every second Saturday of the month. We also have expanded to Norman, and any extra funds donated to this campaign will help us expand into more communities! Oklahoma has far too many food deserts, which are a form of control over colonized and working communities that prevent self-determination, mutual aid is not charity; it is a grassroots effort by the community to take care of its own members and accomplish shared goals.

OCRA (Oklahoma Coalition for Revolutionary Action) is a coalition of leftist organizations in the occupied territory of Oklahoma that look to build a working class movement for Black liberation and Indigenous sovereignty! Our last fundraiser for our Mutual Aid Fairs was fully funded in 2 and a half days! with your help we will be able to establish a network of mutual aid fairs across the state that help to build food sovereignty!
