Master’s Program Tuition

Hi!

My name is Helen! I am a 26 yr old college graduate that has been living on her own for a couple of years now. Although I have been able to self-support myself over the past couple of years, the additional fees that are associated with a Master's Program tuition is  little out of my league. I have been the first in my immediate family to graduate college and receive my Bachelor's degree, now I am looking to also be the first in my family to receive my Master's degree. 

I have already been accepted into the Kinesiology-Exercise Physiology Master's Program at San Jose State University, which begins this upcoming Spring at the end of January. I currently live in Monterey and therefore would commute at least an hour to attend school. I could move but I also have a great job here in Monterey and I want to continue working while I attend school. The tuition costs for a single semester is about $4,500 and after planning out my academic course schedule, I would be enrolled in the program for 3 semesters! 

No one said it was going to be cheap, but my drive to reach my goals will not let anything stop me no matter how high the cost. I could take out a loan, although I'd rather that be left as a last resort. So I am asking YOU for your help!! Any amount is helpful and would be greatly appreciated!! It will mean more to me than you will know!
