MASTER, ONE WORD WITH A LOT OF DREAMS

Hi,

For some people, a master is only a word, for me it's the way to catch my dreams.

I'm a woman from Colombia... I'have been studying all my life but things in my country aren't easy and its turn more difficult when you don't have money. I belong from a beautiful family, they are the best of my life but now, just now we have some problems. I'm always studying for have a better life for me and my family, you know "When you have no money, studying is the most rebellious action"

I want to study a master, I think education can change everything for me and my family. I get a bachelor as occupational therapist, I started a foundation for autistic children and their families in Colombia (you can see here www.autismocolombia.com) but it's difficult to found people who want to help, I want to get more money and help them... I continue studying a specialization with a lot of effort. The master I want is in Occupational Therapist and it is necessary for get a license as Occupational therapist in United States and continue with my career here (US rules say that for get a license to work here you need a master http://www.nbcot.org/about-the-exam-2)... For some people that is easy but for me... It's complicated because I don't have money...

I love my job, I love what I do and I want to get better... Children for me are a blessing and help them is my happiness!

I'm doing my best to get better here but nothing is enough when you don't have money and can't continue with your dreams. My goal right now is studying a master in Occupational therapist in New York University or Southern of California University, get my license and change my life and the life of many people. Why? because if I get my master in US, I can get a license and then I could help my foundation, family and friends with my acknowledge... You can help me with money here or if you want to pay directly to the University, It could be great, I THINK EDUCATION IS THE BEST GIFT EVER and If for that reason I want continue studying, get a change.
