Mason’s Guatemala Mission Trip

Hello Everyone,

This summer I have been blessed with an amazing opportunity to go on a missions trip to Guatemala with a team of other members from my church. We will be traveling to a town in Guatemala called Chichicastenango working with an organization called "Pray America", their mission is to practice "pure religion" by caring for widows and orphans as the hands of Jesus, meeting their physical need and helping them reach God's intentions for them growing spiritually, physically, in wisdom and socially. I have prayed about this trip for a very long time, and have made the decision to take a leap of faith and follow where I feel God is calling me.

We will not know exactly what projects we will be doing on this trip until we get down there, but some of the projects consist of building new homes, installing water filtration systems, remodeling homes that were built a few years ago, building bathrooms, and even building and installing wood stoves! Along with doing discipleship with the staff and local people.

Will you please support me in prayer? I am praying that this trip will broaden my horizons and help me to be a better missionary wherever God may take me. Would you please pray that it will give me renewed compassion for people and a hope from Jesus Christ and the gospel? Also, please pray for my missions team and myself for a safe and successful trip!

If you also feel you would like to support me financially, I would greatly appreciate it! I will need to raise $2000 personally to cover my plane travel there and back, lodging, and supporting one child at a feeding program for one year.
