Martys Movember Challenge for Apnoea

For MOVember Marty will attempt to grow a beard and not shave throughout November. Any donations received will go to Hope 2 Sleep who support people living with Sleep Apnoea. With a household of apnoea suffers who use CPAP to sleep this support group has been invaluable to us as well as almost 3000 facebook users.  Kath Hope currently runs the support group through Facebook and people can call her at home and email she does all this alone and the running costs come from her own pocket there is not enough hours in the day to physically cope with demand her hope is to reach out to more people on a daily basis and every penny raised will make a huge difference.  Which is why she is seeking charity status. She also attends conferences and meetings about sleep apnoea and products to enable the patient to have as much information as possible to succeed with treatment and be as comfortable as possible attending these also come from her own pocket travel and accomodation .
