Marketing campaign

I am a new author, I had written and published my book in the summer of 2017. I am working on the marketing process at this point and have run into some financial issues. I am needing help with marketing my book. My book is about a seizure disorder called, Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES). This illness afects thousands of individuals around the world, and yet there is still no cure.
