Please help support Mark Doney’s family.

On Sunday, November 10th, Mark was involved in a tragic Cycling accident involving a truck on his usual Sunday morning ride to the beach near his home in Singapore. Sadly, Mark’s injuries proved to be catastrophic and he passed away some days later surrounded by his Wife and family. No words can describe the shock and sadness his family is suffering from their loss.

It is a very difficult time for his wife Grace and the 3 youngest children (all under 9 years old) as they struggle to come to terms with what life will look like now Mark is gone. In addition to all the paperwork and processes that need to be taken care of after someone passes away, the criminal investigation into the accident is ongoing, so Grace has legal and many other expenses to find money for at this time. As Grace was home schooling the children, Mark was the sole earner for the family, so there is no further income coming into the household.

As Grace will understandably be out of work for an extended period, and the future is uncertain financially for her and the 3 children, we are asking anybody who is able to spend two minutes donating or even sharing this link to raise as much money as we can to try and assist Grace and the children navigate the future ahead.

Money donated will be channeled to pay for legal fees, funeral expenses, transport, housing, education, food, counselling services etc as and when the family require them. A certain amount will also be put aside for Grace to be able to celebrate the upcoming Xmas and Chinese New Year period as she and Mark ordinarily would have for the sake of their children.
