ABOUT.
A living bibliography for the maritime search & rescue (SAR) community. It offers a listing of knowledge-sources/publications from various water safety groups across the globe. It will contribute to the discipline and to public safety by helping to share knowledge and increase awareness of maritime safety. A companion spreadsheet document is being developed as well. In all, it can serve as a single knowledge source for the industry.

As a presently unfunded project, donations are welcome and needed. Donations will help sustain maintenance and growth of the bibliography by providing the means and time to develop it. Support will allow updates, corrections, additions, and develop versions with alternative citation formats, categorizations and cross-reference systems.

BACKGROUND.
The work is an expression of my passion for maritime SAR. I've given extensive volunteer service since 2006 in maritime safety, including training, on-water-events, being on-call for emergency first-response, and serving in committees. I actively seek continuous training, volunteership, and employment in maritime safety, SAR, and small-boat operations.
