Marissa’s College Fund

This campaign is specifically for my college fund! Ever since I was a little girl, cooking was one of my favorite things to do. I grew up owning a restaurant, it was my parents but you get my drift. I basically lived there! I loved it there and it was definitely my happy place. Unfortunately after having Stewart's Rootbeer for 16-17 years, we sold it. That was one of the hardest things to do and ever since then It's been my dream to open up my own Stewart's. Along with that happening, my dad had to get a hip replacement surgery...but he hasn't been the same since. Hasn't been able to work the same since, either. It definitely didn't fix his pain and now he's in more pain. I'd like this money to fund my college degree, I attend for hotel and business management. Once I graduate I plan on buying my own space and opening up a Stewart's or some kind of food place. I can also help my dad fix whatever the problem is with his hip. Whether it be ANOTHER hip replacement surgery....I hope it doesn't come to that though. It will make my family proud and have a way for us to all be together again if I had the opportunity to buy my own place. With everyone working so much it's hard to even have dinner together sometimes. We all know family is number one, so please any donations will help :) The money is going to go towards me taking about 12 credits a semester. I look forward to being back in school!
