Mario’s Mediterranean cuisine

First of all, thank you for reading.

It was very difficult for me to decide to write this letter.

I am Mario, a passionate caterer with big dreams. It’s just one dream.
A small family restaurant on the Adriatic coast overlooking the sea, dinner with sunsets, breakfast with the most beautiful scents of the sea and pine forests.

I have been a caterer for 20 years, believe it or not 20 years of pure pleasure for my soul, which lives the way it imagined.

The financial job of a waiter is very thankless, but as someone who enjoys it, I don’t want to look only at money.

I am the father of three children aged seven years, five years, and a baby of seven months.
I am a proud husband of a wonderful woman who is a great support to me and is a wonderful mother to our children.
We were born into poor families, and due to the bad financial situation we went to Germany, but our heart is still in Croatia, on the coast.

I live for the day when I will open my restaurant and work with joy as before and enable my children a decent life without thinking about financial stability. One day when the restaurant business progresses I will also take care of the living property for my family. I need $ 33,333 to start a restaurant.

The restaurant's offer will include wines from our local winemakers, to support small businesses, and traditional Mediterranean cuisine will also be served, and I will prepare most of it on my own.
I will fish myself to get my guests fresh on the table. I will be happy to organize themed evenings to allow young talented musicians the opportunity to be heard and to be supported in their dreams.

Just imagine, the terrace is decorated in a Mediterranean style, the smell of seafood and homemade pastries spreads around, and in the background, the gentle notes of a young rising band are playing. That's exactly what I'm imagining.

I will be happy to write your message of support on the wall in the restaurant so that I can be thankful every day, for which you are also responsible for making my dream come true.
