Good day everyone!
Im Elmer Nava a loving father with a lovely wife and daughter. My wife will undergo cesarean operation by first week of May 2020 for our second child. She is diagnose with diabetic pregnancy that results to take insulin everyday. Having diabetic pregnancy my wife are high risks from birth defects and extra large baby. Im writing this to ask financial help for her cesarean operation and prayers. I have job but not enough to sustain the cesarean operation of my wife. Im knocking on your generous hearts to help us. Im sorry I have nowhere else to go for.
