This is Baby Marga, 5mos.old daughter of my cousin Nerey Love Medel was diagnose CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE and she was confined at Cagayan de Oro Medical Center last March 1,2018.Marga need to undergo heart surgery. We are asking for your help to extend her life.
