Marcello U Lozano is a United States Veteran with an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps. On June 5, 2014, he was falsely accused of having explosives in his work office. Mr. Lozano missed his daughter’s High School Graduation Ceremony because he was in jail as a direct result of this false accusation and unconstitutional arrest. Even though no proof of explosives were found in his office, vehicle, house, phone or person, Mr. Lozano was not offered his job back, the one he held for 2 months short of 25 years, even though all charges were dropped on April 28, 2015. Mr. Lozano has run out of
his 401k savings, has had his car repossessed, his credit totally ruined, and has been on the verge of losing his house several times. He has also had 3 kidney surgeries, his last 2 of which occurred just 3 months apart, since he was unjustly terminated. Mr. Lozano has not been able to pay his property taxes, water taxes, subdivision taxes, credit card payments, medical expenses and medication and has only recently been able to see a dentist. He is currently in a law suit filed by creditor. This financial crisis has not only severely crippled Mr. Lozano financially but has also dramatically affected his autistic son and his college student daughter. This United States Veteran is in desperate financial need. Any donation you can make will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much and God bless you!
