About This Project

Thank you for visiting our page. The family, friends, of MAR DE LA CRUZ are uniting to raise money to help pay for the Dialysis and Medical bills for his kidney treatment.

Mar de la Cruz, grew up and is base in Navotas, as a full-time Visual Artist / Painter. He is currently confined at National Kidney and Transplant Institute, Quezon City (room 2096C Ward) since September 4, 2013.

2000 – Mar, has been diagnosed with Diabetes. He underwent a series of therapy

September 2011 - He started complaining pain in his feet, eyes and underwent an eye laser surgery to revive his vision (today, 80% of his eye sight vision had already lost)

September 2013 – consulted at National Kidney and Transplant Institute and the doctor noticed his remarkably yellow skin, which leads to kidney failure.

September 2013 up to the present – As a result of kidney malfunction, Mar continues to go on Dialysis twice a week P3,000.00 per/session.

The funds that will be raised from this project will be used for the following:

1. Dialysis costs P3,000.00 per session
2. Lab Tests (blood tests, etc.)
3. Hospital bills for Total of P185, 000.00 (Philhealth coverage already exceeded from previous hospitalization), Professional Fees
4. Medicine Treatments

We don't ask for much. We request you to make a donation and request your friends to do the same then, ask their friends to help Mar. Look through your friends list on Facebook and think how much we could raise IF, we would donate 200 pesos each.
