Mansfield Appeal Aid For Refugees

After the last two successful trips to take essential items such as warm clothing and toiletries over to the refugees who have made it to Austria, I am hoping to take the next shipment over as soon as possible. With the weather in Europe still being bitter and set to get worse before it gets better, essential items such as blankets and warm coats are needed.

The wonderful local community in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, have come together and donated an amazing amount of items, including coats, blankets and tents...but all of these items now need to reach Vienna, where the organisation Refugees Welcome To Austria will ensure that all of the items are delivered to the appropriate camps as soon as it arrives.

The last trip over to Vienna cost £800, we have purchased our lovely van (Mabel) and we need around £500/£600 for fuel and ferry crossing fare. Any other money will be spent directly on items for the refugees, so please give what ever you can so that I can take these items directly to the men, women and children who are desperate for them.
