Manifestation SCAD

Greetings,

Finally, I'm attending my dream University, Savannah College of Art & Design.

I've received grants and scholarships...But, there still remains one issue. Money.

I've always wanted to attend this University ever since I graduated high school back in 2003. I by no means am "looking for a handout". I am very well aware of what it means to struggle and in the same token succeed.

I was raised by a single parent diagnosed with schizophrenia along with my twin brother who is diagnosed today. My mother passed when I was 19. So, I take pride in where I come from. Ambitious.

I am at that point in my life where dreaming is the only choice. Determination and drive are my GPS. I understand what it means to ascend from adversity and soar into manifestation.

As a Sophmore in college I find it very hard to give up where I stand. Gifted, talented, and skilled. I'm determined, creative and yet and still determined to complete my studies at this incredible university.

Today, I freelance as a Graphic Designer. I am not asking for pitty. I am asking for assistance in something I've already begun. I love my craft, I love the classes that I am taking at this moment. I know there is nothing but growth that sits ahead. I am very seasoned because of previous experience in the industry as a freelancer. But, I know what it means to obtain my degree.
