Managed Residential Service Provider

A residential managed service provider is a unique idea. Take what managed service providers (MSPs) do for businesses. Apply that same principle to homes. I would like to extend my computer knowledge into homes in the Flint/Grand Blanc area of Michigan, with about a 100 mile branch out. As a Residential Managed Service Provider (RMSP), I would help homes in multiple ways. I already manage a few homes, from their entertainment/internet bills, down to the hardware in their computers and everything in between. I manage their internet connections/payments for them, their modems and routers, firewalls, network, home computers, smart home networks, and more. Anything technological inside of homes, I can and do manage. This serves a few purposes. It relieves the headache of dealing with your tech service providers at your home. I would handle that. If something goes wrong with a computer, or something is wrong in the network, I am the first and only call that home needs to make.

I also build custom gaming computers, budget computers, consult on laptop purchases, manage networks, repair computers, software, offer backup solutions for homes, install TVs, help configure smart home appliances, and more. I want to eliminate technology headaches for homes, while making the household budget stretch further with technology. I just need a few extra startup funds to help get my business off the ground, allowing me to reach more homes, and make technology work harder for the average home, that may not be able to pay top dollar for tech support.
