“Man for man”,I want help for my little I’ll brother

I am a simple man.and very poor our family.we are 4 brothers and 7 sister,so our family in big family.but my family ernings only $150-200.that is very low.and at this time my little brother I'll very much,his a kidney damage.that is big problem.

My brother is little.doctor say that his need operation.and operation charge is among 10000$ that is very expressive.that because my all family is on tension.because we want that my brother will be live in world.but it impossible $1000 for my family.that because I am come for help in you.My all family crying.everybody knows that man for man.so please help my little.i will always respect you.please help me and live me my all family.
