Mamma’s walk for trees – 1320 Miles!!!

I need to loose weight and lower my BP, so I took the decision to do a virtual walk. This means I will travel the distance from my house in Ireland, to my in-laws house in Italy (1320 Miles) over the course of this year. I will walk, jog and swim in my own time, a little a day and eventually it will add up to my goal.

While doing this I will be updating my YouTube channel with my progress, highs, lows etc and it was suggested by my followers that I fund raise.

Over the last 12 years I have raised over 15k $ for cancer research so I wanted to do something different this time - I have chosen to donate all the money received to onetreeplanted, an organisation that plants, maintains and protects trees in various locations all over the world. I have been personally donating money every month over the last year, and chose the amazon rain forest for my trees, but if they have Australia as an option when I donate the funds given by you guys, I will chose there as they need our help right now!

Every dollar counts guys so if that is all you have to give don't think it wont matter! One dollar plants one tree, in a few years when that tree starts to seed that leads to more trees, so just one dollar now could mean up to 15-20 viable trees in 15 years time and I am being conservative with my estimate :)
