Good day I'm a single 23 year old mom of 2 boys. The youngest, Emmanuel being 1 has a developmental delay condition and found out he will have to go in for brain surgery in JHB. I don't have the necessary means to get there and food, accomodation and I might have to pay medical fees as well if they discover something more serious during surgery.
