Mama’s Liver Transplant

Hi, My name is Sarah Younas and I am starting this campaign for my beloved mother. She will be having a liver transplant soon as she has been diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis couple months ago. She was on medications for a while but last month doctors recommended a transplant for her since medications weren’t supporting her that much. She needs a transplant as soon as possible as her condition is very unstable lately.

As many of you know, I got married a month ago and being a youngest one in my family, they spoiled me with a very lavish wedding one can dream of. Since this life threatening disease came out of nowhere, we are going through a lot of financial stress.

I am her living liver donor and will be donating my partial liver to her during transplant. The surgery is 7-8 hours long and is a very expensive procedure. Since my family spent most of the savings on my wedding, we need some financial help to have this major surgery for my mother and myself.

Let’s make this possible by donating as much as we can. Let’s make this surgery possible to increase the Living Liver Donor program awareness. I am donating my partial liver to the person who brought me to this world, My Maa, and I AM PROUD OF IT!!
