She started feeling unwell in late November 2019 where she complained of fever and vomiting. As a family we thought it was normal malaria she was taken to hospital in kisii where she was treated and came back home. Her condition did not improve she continued vomiting and she was taken back to keroka general hospital where was given medication and came back home the same day. But still her condition did not improve she continued to be weak and occasionally vomiting which prompted the family to take her to oasis hospital where she was admitted for further investigation. She was treated for an infection and discharged three days later. She was okay for three days the family taught it was better to take her to Nairobi for further medication because she was still weak. On 12th January 2020 while in Nairobi she was examined and found to have a blood clot and was put on medication immediately. While still in the ward she developed fever and vomiting which prompted the doctors to take her for further examination. Upon investigation she was diagonized with pelvic absence a condition which needed urgent surgery.
