Mama Nene’s Congestive Heart

Dearest,

Our family is swimming in the ocean of God’s love and mercy, as we wait for our Mama Nene, to wake up.

It all started with a simple cough. It strained Mama Nene’s heart, that an angioplasty would be the best option for her to breath normally.

We were so happy when all her vitals are up and about after the procedure, but that ended when she began throwing up & lab tests are constantly fluctuating. The doctors told us Mama Nene’s abdominal walls is bleeding. After a month of series of blood transfusions, dialysis, tracheo procedure, IV antibiotics, truck load of prayers, we were back in our spirits when we were told she can be finally moved to a private room. Barely 3 days after & 3 days before her birthday, Mama Nene was stricken with a seizure that left her in a deep sleep until today for almost 3 weeks now. Back again in ICU, with her ventilator & with us, waiting for her to come back. Mama Nene is in stuporous state, meaning, she has inattention and reduced wakefulness.

You will be amazed how she's trying her hardest to battle her illness.

Since the day she was admitted, our family never lose faith and we keep our hopes high for God's mercy and healing.

Hospital bills is now 2.5M and there is more to come. We are left with reality that the need for financial support is very necessary. We strongly put our trust & faith in the Lord as he heals Mama Nene & touch the hearts of those who have known her story, to help us financially as we go through this ordeal.

There is so much peace to know that the same God who created everything is the God who is always on our side. Our pain is his pain. Our battle is his battle, and it has already been taken care of.

Since then, our Mama Nene taught us to always believe in the power of prayers. We are all in this together praying for her and for all those other people praying with us.
