Good day everyone.

I am Marc Adriel Valmores, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Valmores. I work as an Emergency Medical Technician in a private institution here in the Philippines.

My father, the sole breadwinner of our family has become incapacitated due to Acute Transmural Myocardial Infarction of Anterior Wall. To prolong his life, he needs to undergo Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting which will entail 750,000 Philippine Peso, excluding other bills after the operation.

The burden to sustain the upkeep of my family's needs, the education of my two younger brothers, and the expenses of my father's operation are left to me since my mother is a plain housewife.

I feel very confident that there are kind-hearted, well-heeled samaritans among us in the midst of the pandemic caused by COVID-19 who can empathize with my family's present condition. I humbly knock at the door of your hearts to please extend financial help via any amount you can spare for my father's operation.

Thank you ever so much for your kindness and may God return what you can spare a hundred times for being a cheerful giver.
