Stray cat picked up from Sheng Shiong Supermarket has respiratory problems. And flesh-eating bacteria (Necrotizing-fasciitis) that has eaten up her lips and gums (see pics). In need of medical/surgical intervention. 
As an appreciation, cat Sheng Shiong works very hard as a busker to provide light entertainment for your enjoyment. :)
