Campaign Story
Hello everyone! I am bringing you Sam's story. He is a loving and adored 55 year old fiance, father of two, grandfather of two, brother, nephew, friend, and most importantly, the love of my life! He has been diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Larynx. He will be starting treatments of chemo and radiation in about two weeks. We live on a fixed income and were in no way prepared financially for this. We will have to travel daily out of town to get treatment, and so many things have been added to our daily lives, that insurance won't cover. Things such as lodging if he's not feeling well enough for the trip, supplies needed to prepare meals, and countless other expenses that this new normal is going to entail.
