Industry rooms needed for making smoked ham.

Making a smoked ham like a professional. My name is Marko and I am making ham now about a year. I have made and sold smoked ham to my friends and friends of friends.

Now I need to expand to start making this to my living. I looking for funding so I can get professional equipment and industry rooms. Because without the proper industry rooms , clean rooms - plated walls , floors. Without those things I can not get needed permissions from healt department to start selling my products in shops and markets.

Also when it is winter then it is absolutely impossible to make smoked ham outdoors. So not to close my business in winter I need the inside rooms.
