Make this little fellow run again =D

This little guy is Cookie, a 3 month old husky. After being run over by a bike, he doesn't lose the brightness in his eyes. His knee is completely luxated on the right leg. If this goes on un-treated, it will be not possible to surgically repair the leg to give him form of use back to it. Unfortunately, he will need to have his leg amputated.

Please help him to get the medical care he needs to be able to run again.
