Make Romell Cancer Free

Hi everyone! My dad is battling cancer for almost a year now. Last year, May 14 he was taken to the hospital because he was having trouble with defecating and his bowel movement. At times, blood was coming out of his rectum when he is defecating. We were also alarmed when we saw our dad suddenly lost a lot of weight. The nurses and doctors ran some test on him and we were hoping it was just hemorrhoids. After days staying at the hospital, the results of the CT Scan came and experts told my mom and aunt what my dad's actual state is. It was heart breaking when we found out that our dad has been suffering from cancer for quite some time prior to the tests. Then the morning came when we need to tell him what was really going on, and he faced it really well and strong. The oncologist explained to us the treatments and plans to make everything better for my dad. ( Thanks to Dra. Melissa Cathedral and to all the doctors and nurses of my dad at Mary Mediatrix Medical Center). Colostomy bag was attached to his stomach so he won't be having trouble defecating while he is undergoing chemo therapy. As of now, my dad is in the hospital and will undergo operation to remove the nodules in his liver, wherein no improvement has been seen even after the chemotherapy cycles. He will also undergo another operation to remove a part of his rectum where the cancer grew. Radiation and more chemotherapies will follow to make my dad cancer free again.
