Make my sister happy!

My sister has epilepsy, she is 23 but her mind is like a 5 yrs old child. As my mother is working 5/7, she is visiting her every day off she has, because she is living with our grandmother in the countryside. We tried having some guardians for her so she can stay home until mom comes home from work but they are all unreliable and she doesn't fell comfortable, so that's why my grandmother takes care of her. She has daily epileptic crises and you would have to know how to control her, that's why we can't have a guardian for her. She gets upset and violent sometimes and all you have to do is just try and calm her down with kindness and being calm, otherwise she will stay upset all day. She has to get her medicine three times a day, every day, but that is just to minimize the amount of crises she has, and although they come on a prescription she has to pay half of the price, and they're not cheap. There are many people out there with epilepsy, who suffer, but like them, so are their families. I love my sister. The reason I'm trying to raise some money is because I would like her and my grandmother move closer to my mother or even stay with her. I'm asking for your help.
