Make my locality beautiful

I want to keep my surrounding neat and clean but I feel distressed to see the unhygienic condition prevailing in my locality and i wrote a letters to Mucipel corporation but nobody hear my problemsEverytime i found nothing from estate officers because they said our locality is under development and we dont have authority to fix sewerages there.There is no sewerages, no street lights, stone streets,rain drainage system and water supply.Sometimes it felts we living in hell.in rainy seasons,we have to fingt with malaria,dangue and other viral problems.Now i decided to make over my locality and make it beautiful through donations and charity.please help us to make our locality beautiful because everyone have right to live in neat and clean socitey.Your atleast 1$ doller can improve our living standard.
