Make my grandma’s dream come true!!!

Hello all!!!! My grandma is one of the most important people in my life. I love her with all my heart. Recently, she's been in critical condition in the hospital. She is wise with an old, yet young soul :) She currently lives in Georgia. Her dream is to go to California and I would love to surprise her and take her to California. I have some money but I need a lot of financial assistance for flight & to take her to disney world. I just turned 18. I hope her disease doesn't get worst and I have no clue when I'll be able to see her again. Any donation would be appreciated. Even If I don't get to my goal, I appreciate it. Also, please pray for my grandma and send your blessings if you could... I just want her to see her grand daughter finally and be happy spending time together.
