Make me a multimillionaire? (Social Experiment)

Hello everyone!!
This is a social experiment, totally to see if I can be made a multimillionaire (30,000,000- to be exact) by the power of the internet- now listen, I chose 30 million because of these reasons- the lottery's euro millions exceeds 30 million this Friday (30/10/2015), and it's an extreme number that can either put people off or it will make people curious as if to really see if it can be done. This has about the same amount of luck happening as winning the lottery, but for free and with generous offerings, can it be done?

IF.. and that's a big if. If I did get all 30 million, hell if I got 10 million, the money will go towards me and my family first of course, I can follow dreams and change who I am for the better, something I have wanted to do for a long time- not that I am a bad person at all, I just have this built up personality that needs to burst out and that requires money for more reason then one. My family can finally be happy and secure financially, I can buy a car.. or two, because I have a passion for cars and I also need to learn to drive, I can make beautiful YouTube videos by being able to afford equipment, and the plan is to film my life as a multimillionaire and do Top Gear style super-car reviews. Of course I'd buy stuff for me and my family, and they would buy stuff for themselves with the money, but I have no ambition to live this ridiculous lavish lifestyle in a mansion with thousand pound shoes on with my 500 grand suit, nah, that's to stupid and a waste of money, buy me and my Nan a nice place to live with out any many money restrictions like we have now would be nice though. The 30 million would become 15/20 million and that's it.

But eh most important thing would be investing, the plan would be to double my money, yes- make (what's left of the..) 30 million in to 60 million pound the, then take the new 30 million and give it all away to my community or a larger community here in England, I don't mean charity, honestly I don't trust them, I don't fully know what yet, but it would be a good cause (or multiple), maybe make a business that can get people jobs- maybe make a 'Supercar' rental place where people can rent out luxury cars for barely any of the price- allowing people to drive their dream cars for a set time or something, I don't know yet.
Why double the money, why not use what you have left? Short answer, need to to survive on if anything goes tits up.

but you see, I am not stupid with money, I have no ambition to throw it away- treat my family, treat myself, double the money, treat the community.

I repeat again, this is a social experiment, but if it pulls through, it will go to a good person with a good mind for love and support of the community but most importantly his family and a guy who want's to love himself.
