MAKE HER WALK AGAIN

Rehema Daud (28) she is from Mbagala Tangoma, Dar-es-Salaam. Rehema was born perfect like any other healthy kid. At the age of 2 years, she was diagnosed with Epilepsy. She managed to recover after her parents sought for medical attention.

In 2017 the disease came back and that time it was accompanied with Malaria. After being taken to the hospital she was prescribed with a day-to-day medications to help her get better. Due to the financial instability of the family, she stoped her medication since her parents could not afford the medical expenses.

To what was believed to be the side effect of not completing the dosage she was prescribed by her doctors, her legs loose the ability to stand or move. That happened in February 2018 and she could not walk from that year till today, her parents couldn’t afford the treatment neither her necessities like sanitary pads.

She came into our attention as an organization on 22/7/2020 and we were able to help her and her family on some stuff like Wheelchair, Food and sanitary pads. On 28/7/2020 we took Rehema to Muhimbili National Hospital for medical examination. Doctors confirmed if Rehema can walk again if she get proper medication in a timely manner. She suppose to go for EEG and MRI tests. there after we supported her with all medical aatentions and slownly some positive impact are now seen such as she was unable to talk clearly or remember people but now she make stories and remember people , she was unable to take shower by her own but now she can take shower and even feed her self

still we need your support and help inoder to ensure that she get all necessities , dietary food and proper medical attention we belive that one Rehema will walk again and do things by her own
