Make a Difference To The Children of Palestine

The children pictured above are living in the shadow of rubble and barbed wire. If they have any sort of playground this is it. What they see around them are men with guns. Is it surprising therefore that the games they play are about guns? And destruction?

This picture is just a microcosm of childhood in Palestine. When I say that the average age in Gaza is 17 years old then we have an idea of the scope of this tragedy.

We are holding an event on December 1st to help raise money for the children of Palestine. There are four charities we are supporting: Palestine Trauma Centre UK, MECA - Middle East Children's Alliance, Medical Aid For Palestine and Playgrounds For Palestine. But what is really important are donations. Big,as big as you like; small, as small as you like and that you can comfortably afford. But if we can add those donations to the money we make on the night then we really can make a difference.

Can you find it in your heart to do this? 100 people donating £10 suddenly turns into £1000 - and £1000 goes a long way in Palestine.

Let's all do our best, however small it might be. Add them up and we're winning.
