Make a Difference in Tanzania

Hello Everyone! I am so excited to be able to share with you my next adventure in life. Currently, I am completing the last three months of an intensive hands on training with an international agricultural organization called ECHO in North Fort Myers, Florida. It has been a challenging, yet rewarding experience and it has been preparing me for the next step I am to take in my career. ECHO has three regional impact centers located in Thailand, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania. These centers have been receiving interns (post-internship) to let them apply the skills they have acquired before and during the internship and to experience living overseas for a period of 6 months. With that said, I will be going to the ECHO office in Tanzania after my internship is completed! This account is an invitation for you to be a part of what God is doing not only in my life, but also in East Africa. In order to do this, I need to raise around $4,200. This amount will take care of international and domestic travel, lodging, meals, work permit, language training, and other various international expenses. My deadline for buying a plane ticket to Tanzania is the beginning of January, which will cost about half of my goal amount. I will be departing sometime at the end of March or beginning of April and will arrive in the States around the end of September, early October. (Dates will be updated as my flights are purchased). For those of you who do or do not know me, Jesus has been the center of my life and has led me through every step I have taken thus far. I believe He has called me to join the ECHO staff in Tanzania and hope you will support me in more ways than just monetarily. It will mean so much just to know that I have a prayer support system as I go to Tanzania and back to the U.S. I do not know what is for me after Tanzania, but I do know that God will reveal it once I have taken the step of faith He has placed before me.
