The overall project consist of producing series of programmes on the basis of 30 minutes running time soap episodes for immigrants communities, primarily in Portsmouth but of wider interest to worldwide migrant communities.

The style of the programmes would be that of a standard format soap opera set in Portsmouth based around daily struggle for survival in Portsmouth. Importantly the programmes would have not only a high entertainment value for viewers but would also seek to deliver key inspirational messages of cultural and educational nature on issues such as health, Domestic violence and abuses, Education, employment ect...

This project will be bridging the gap of transitional support toward strengthening the diversity within cultures in making everyone in all communities understand who they are, and how they can connect and communicate
their choices effectively with others; and expand their opportunities.
