My name is Mahmoud Rizk, you can call me a Hardship Companion. That’s what I like to call myself.

Hardship Companionship is a term that I created after working closely with people who were facing hardships that they cannot bear to go through alone. Some of them visited several professionals for therapy, tried medications, or attempted suicide multiple times. Others might be in a situation where they just need someone to talk to, or searching for council and guidance. It's a form of Therapy for those who are really on the edge; they don't need traditional therapy or medication, just someone who truly understands and supports.

That is what I believe my purpose in life is. Most of the people I support can’t afford to pay 700EGP or 500EGP per session to see a good therapist. Money should not be a barrier for anyone seeking help, and that is why I offer my support totally free or with the minimum amount that they can afford. On the other hand, that does not sustain me a living. That is why I am only partially committed to this vision.

I have been supporting people for the past 3 years. 876 hours to be precise. I have coached 50 amazing humans of which 7 are still seeing me.

I am asking you to help me pursue my purpose in life by investing in me becoming a Certified Life Coach. It’s what I currently need to further my knowledge, hone in on my professional skills and techniques, and learn from the best. That’s the only step I need to accomplish in order to take therapy as my full-time job investing all my time to develop my skills in the field where I belong. While I promise you I will keep doing what I do for free for those who can not afford to pay.

So by helping me, you would be helping hundreds, maybe thousands who deserve to live a better life.
