Madi goes Vegan for January

Veganuary is a campaign making people aware of the easy way to eat without killing animals.

Madison who has been pescatarian for 6 months has chosen she would now like to try to eliminate all animal products out of her life, after taking the time to learn about where meat and other animals products come from she has asked to try and be vegan for 1 month helping to save the mass slaughter and cruelty to animals ..

In Madison's words " I love animals. When I was 3-8 years old I ate meat but always free range , when I saw something that showed where it comes from I said straight away that I wanted to be vegetarian. "

To support Madi in her month of having to say no to friends offering her Chocolate, Ice cream and Sweets we are raising much needed money for 2 Animal Shelters that she has volunteered at.

Please donate a little or a lot to firstly support Madi through her month but mostly to help feed , sterilise and supply much needed shelter for many many animals in these shelters.

The Cadela Carlota holds over 100 dogs in its shelter and over 100 cats and desperately need food, medical supplies , vet fees payed and advertising to find new homes for animals that have been in the shelter years..

The Bamboo Associação has around 40 dogs and 30 donkeys and needs very similar supplies.

All of the animals they have, have been abandoned or badly mistreated and neglected.
