Maddie’s Pageant dream

I have been one of the lucky girls to be selected, from hundreds of applicants throughout the UK, to take part in the Miss Teen Great Britain final which takes place in Blackpool on the 1st of Septemeber 2013. One of the things that i feel aboout this pageant is very good is that it is not just about how you look but also aboout having an individual personality and having good morals.  To be able to take part in the pageant i need to get a minimum amount of sponsorship, which is where you all come in. I need donations to raise the money to get me to the finals. If i get to my pageant funds anything over that i will donate to the SRBF (Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund). I want to use my title of Miss Teen Dagenham 2013 to help charities and buisnesses in my community.http://www.missteengreatbritain.co.uk/A little bit about me:I am 17 years old and live in Dagenham. If you had told me a year ago that i would be chosen as Miss Teen Dagenham 2013 and to take part in a teen pageant i would never have believed you.  Throughout my teens confidence is something i have always struggled with after being bullied, however to come out of that as a stronger person is something i am very proud of and something which i can use to help other young people.  I must say i have slightly different hobbies and interests to most other girls my age with my biggest interest being Speedway
