HELP FILIPINO FAMILIES

Greetings of Peace, Kindness, and Good Deeds to all of the Generous Hearts,

My name is Michael Apacible an ordinary Filipino Citizen, and I created this campaign to support my advocacy in helping my countrymen survive this pandemic. We are a third world country, a country that most of the population are living in the slums. Most of our fellow citizens are the poorest of the poor and we endure poverty even before the pandemic. Unfortunately, in addition to our hardships, this COVID19 Virus makes our situation more difficult and hard to cope up. I started a call for donation of food packs via my Facebook BVLog to help a few families in a small community here in my country and I was not surprised that every neighborhood was asking for help as well, crying and wanted to be part of the list of relief distributions.

It was never in my intention to help many, but it touches my heart every time I saw little ones and elders who can't afford to have some basic nutrients on their plate. Then, I realize how miserable the lives that we have in my country. However, rather than just criticizing our government and officials alone, I created an initiative to help my fellow Filipinos and their family to ease for at least some time the burden of being less in life.

I told my beneficiaries that I am not a Hero and I don't want to become one, please do not label me as your Robin Hood because I would not steal to provide for the others. I would rather beg to those people with kindness and have an excess penny in their pocket, to share a pie for humanity especially for the children and elders of every family that were going to help.

Every single cent you share will be spent on Food Packs which contains, Eggs, Biscuits, Can Goods, Noodles, Powdered Milk, Rice, and maybe Vitamins. It could help Filipino Families survive for at least a week or two, and you can count every ounce of your donations by just looking up into our photo gallery in every relief operations that we do. It will help us gather as well volunteers in searching for qualified family's who can't afford to buy nutritious food for their family. And it will also help us cover or extend our efforts in doing relief operations in remote areas of our country.

In these trying times, survival is dignity, some may survive COVID19 but most may not survive stress, hunger, and poverty. We are lucky if we are the ones who fill the emptiness of the less fortunate than were those standing in their shoes. We have the power in our own hands to change the course of humanity, and this is the time to prove that we can change the world. Unite and ignite the fire of patriotism within us, we are the patriot of our kind, we are humans, let us help others while we can, before it's too late.

Saying thank you would not be enough for your kindness and generosity, but I say Thank God for allowing you to live in this world and comprehend our situation. May God bless you with the goodness of life always!
