Lyda Cartago Kidney Fund

Lyda lives in Taytay, Rizal. She is my best friend since college. She suffered from diabetes at the age of 18 years old, a condition that is a most common in her family. Last June 15, 2013 at the age of 40 she was taken to the hospital for kidney failure. She now needs to undergo dialysis treatment 3 times a week to survive. The dialysis costs PHP2,800 ($65) per session plus injection PHP1,000 ($25). She has no job, she is having difficulty continuing her dialysis treatment due to lack of funds.

I would like to raise funds to help Lyda with her medical bills. Your donations would help her get her much needed dialysis treatments. Hopefully we can also raise enough funds for her medical bills and continuous treatment. Please pray for her recovery and help us raise funds for Lyda.
