Lust4us will keep abreast of current legislation governing the services we provide and will continue to function within the legal requirements of UK Law.

 

No special license is required to run and operate a Members Only Adult Lifestyle Club in the UK as all services require a membership agreement in place before admittance to the club facilities regulating age restrictions and closed to the general public, a drinks license is obtainable as ancillary to the business.

 

Our research is based on the numbers, floor space and admission fee's of our closest competitors having much smaller populations and less services than we intend to offer.

 

We have a 30mile radius with no competition which is a USP for us.

 

It is estimated through various research papers on the Lifestyle that 2-4% of adult couples have at one point in their lives together played in group situations and of those 20% still play on a monthly basis though travel in excess of 20miles to do so doubling their costs to achieve the same benefits.

 

Our research indicates in the 5 square miles of Swindon alone we have 4000 couples with a need for the facilities we will offer yet this doesn't include the benefits we can offer to the high Gay, TV, TS, Lesbian, Fetish and admirers population. At this moment in time there are 120+ Clubs in the UK legally servicing UK Adult Life Stylers needs and not one with in 30 miles of us.
