Just bought a bar/club venue in the heart of downtown Phoenix, AZ, and boy she is a fixer-upper! It holds about 150 people and it has much potential. I'm in my 20's and there's no rich family members that can help me out and my current day time job is nothing special to say the least.

I plan to make this a very nostalgic dance bar, with karaoke nights, live music performances for bands and art scene for creatives.

I just need help getting this baby to grand opening day. The sound and some of the light system I just installed this week. I replaced the old commodes, sinks and my friend is donating graphic design for a while for the start up promotion.

Everything is right at my fingertips, and with your help I know this will be a success!

Basically, I will need to paint the place, make a sign and purchase a couple hookahs and bar supplies like chairs and throw down some tile on the unfinished flooring.

My goal is to open the place at the end of this month or the beginning of next month and start generating some income and grow some employees and make an impact on the city.
