Lucky Iron Fish for kids in Huaynacotas – Perú

Hi! I'm part of a non profit organization known as Arequipa-CUMIS (Campamento Universitario Multidisciplinario de Investigación y Servicio), which is formed by doctors and medical students. Every year we go to a different location in the rural areas of our country, taking with us first necessity goods and medical help. This year in July, we are going to Huaynacotas, a small town in the mountains of Perú, where 50% of the population is poor, and 25% lives in extreme poverty, and importantly, 60% of the population has iron deficieny anemia, besides all the government strategies to fight this medical issue. We came across with the innovative way to fight anemia known as Lucky Iron Fishes, so we want to buy 60 fishes for Huaynacotas to help fight anemia.
