Lower surgery

hello, im 18 year old trans guy and i cant afford that much money with work so i hope that there can somebody help me with it i would appreciate it. Im from slovakia and because of my body dysphoria i would like to go on operation that costs lots of money as you see. For those who help me and want to see another results they can contact me. For that, that im not liyng and money goes to surgeon. Im really sorry for the english as you know im not naturally english speaker. Thank you for support.
