Low cost meals

Hello, I'm looking to raise money to start a low cost restuarant in my area. Economy is down and I woild like to create a diner where anyone can afford to eat. Aswell as offering free meals for the local homeless people. And trust me around here we have ALOT of them. Its hard to survive on minimum wages and be able to afford to go out to eat. My vision is quality healthy food at fast food prices.  Please help if you can, my self and my community would appreciate it!
