Loving mothers fight for her child

My name is Brandi and I just received a letter stating that my sons’ father is taking me back to court to once again try to take my son (Kenneth) away from me. All his father is worried about is the money, this is the reason he is taking me back to court he wants to get rid of his $200 child support, change the custody agreement, and make me pay for the court cost. I don’t have the money to pay for my son’s band instrument let alone his court and lawyer cost. When he had to pay the court cost in California he filed for bankruptcy and left me to pay all the court cost. Its not like he is hurting for money, he has 2 houses one in Texas and one in New Mexico, a new motorcycle, a new truck every year or two, and multiple trips to go hunting in different states, yet he gets my son a used skateboard for Christmas.
